Description

The Supra Triangular Spatula SZ19008B from Ambrogio Sanelli has a triangular 12 cm (4¾") blade, 8 cm (2¼") wide at the base, for scraping bowls, folding mixtures and lifting slices of cake or terrine in pastry and prep kitchens.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916), the material used across the Supra range. The black SEBS handle is anti-slip, contains an antibacterial additive and is sterilisable, and the spatula is made in Premana, Italy, by Ambrogio Sanelli, professional knife makers since 1864.

The same triangular spatula is also made with a wider, 10 cm base (SZ19010B), and a version with rounded corners is available in a 13 x 12 cm size (SZ20012B).
