Description

The Supra Rectangular Spatula SZ83016B from Ambrogio Sanelli has a cranked, rectangular blade measuring 16 cm by 6.5 cm. The crank keeps the handle raised above the pan or tray while the flat blade slides fully underneath food, which makes it easier to lift larger or heavier portions cleanly.

The blade is NITRO-B nitrogen stainless steel (1.4916) with a semi-polished finish. It meets the black SEBS handle in a smooth, hygienic joint, and the handle is ergonomic, anti-slip and contains an antibacterial additive. All materials are sterilisable and resistant to corrosion and high temperatures. Ambrogio Sanelli has made professional kitchen tools in Premana, Italy, since 1864.
