Description

The Smeg ALFA1035H-2 is a 10-tray commercial convection oven with direct humidification, designed for high-volume pastry, bakery and gastronomy operations in restaurants, hotels, catering facilities and food production kitchens. Running on 16 kW at 400 V 3N~, it reaches temperatures between 50 °C and 270 °C and accepts standard EN 600×400 mm or GN1/1 trays across 10 shelf positions set at a 77 mm pitch.

Three contra-rotating fans deliver consistent, even heat distribution across all 10 levels, while the direct steam injection system adds humidity on demand — critical for croissants, bread and delicate pastries that require precise moisture control. Mechanical controls keep operation straightforward for busy kitchen teams, and the manual chimney adjustment lets staff fine-tune ventilation without interrupting a bake cycle. The timer runs from 1 to 60 minutes or continuous mode for longer programmes.

The fully stainless steel cavity, triple-glazed door and adjustable feet make the ALFA1035H-2 a durable, hygienic fit for professional kitchens with demanding daily output. A right-hand hinge variant (ALFA1035HR-2) and the compatible extraction hood K4610X are available for flexible installation.
