Description
The Pacojet 4 is a professional micro-puree food processor from Pacojet, made in Switzerland, designed for restaurants, hotels, catering operations and fine-dining kitchens that demand precise, on-demand texture processing of fresh-frozen foods. Running on 1,500 W and processing beakers at an ideal temperature of −18 to −23 °C, it completes a full Pacotize® cycle in 4 minutes and can run up to 10 consecutive cycles automatically — yielding up to 10 portions per beaker fill.
The Pacojet 4 introduces built-in WLAN 802.11 b/g/n connectivity for remote monitoring and data management, alongside a large touchscreen microprocessor controller. Its fast Jet® mode handles high-sugar and high-fat recipes in just 90 seconds, while 1 bar of overpressure during pacotizing produces a consistent 20–30 % volume increase — ideal for sorbets, ice creams, mousses and emulsified sauces. Dual brushless motors and a timing-belt drive deliver reliable, low-maintenance performance in a compact coated-aluminium housing.
The system ships complete with a pacotizing® blade, a food-safe PETG (Tritan) beaker with HDPE lid, a protective outer beaker, and a spray guard — everything needed to start production immediately.
