The Sirman CICLONE 20 is a professional hand-held immersion blender designed for high-volume blending tasks in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and professional kitchens, rated for containers up to 20 litres. Driven by a 0.2 kW motor spinning the stainless steel blades at up to 16,000 rpm, it delivers consistent results across soups, sauces, purées and emulsions — even in deep pots, thanks to available shaft lengths of 250 mm or 350 mm that swap via a tool-free bayonet quick-coupling.

The Variotronic variable-speed control with built-in stabilizer gives chefs precise command over texture, while a trigger safety switch prevents accidental start-up during handling. The motor head is built from glass-filled ABS with IPX3 splash protection and cooled by an active ventilation system, keeping the unit reliable through sustained service. At just 2 kg, it handles daily workloads without fatigue.

The CICLONE 20 is compatible with a full range of Sirman accessories — including a whipping attachment (Frusta), pot support, wall mount and display stand — making it a versatile, well-supported tool for any professional kitchen brigade.
