Description

The Hamilton Beach EXPEDITOR HBF510 is a commercial culinary blender for professional kitchens, delivering 2.4 HP peak input power through a 1.8-litre heavy-duty stainless steel jar. Built on the Wave-Action® blending system, it pulls ingredients continuously into the blades for consistent, smooth results — whether you're processing soups, sauces, or frozen preparations in a restaurant, hotel, or catering operation.

Control is precise and practical: 10 variable speeds, a pulse function, and a dedicated CHOP mode are all operated via sealed paddle switches and a variable speed dial rated for the demands of a busy pass. An all-metal drive coupling and high-strength stainless steel blades are built to withstand continuous service, while dual safety sensors — one for the lid, one for the jar pad — prevent operation unless the unit is correctly assembled. The unit runs on 230 V / 50 Hz and carries CE and NSF certification.

The removable jar pad around the coupling simplifies end-of-service cleaning, and the compact footprint fits standard counter runs. Backed by a 2-year parts-and-labour warranty, the HBF510 is a dependable, low-maintenance choice for culinary teams that need reliable blending output shift after shift.
