Description
The Saro MB-21 is a professional combi hand blender for restaurants, commercial kitchens and catering operations, combining a blending arm with an interchangeable whisk on one motor block. Vario-Speed control adjusts the blending speed from 1500 to 15000 rpm and the whisk from 200 to 800 rpm; the blending arm carries a Y-shaped forged-steel cutting blade (50 mm diameter, with an 82 mm guard) for containers up to 12 litres.
Both attachments use the click-on arm for quick, tool-free changes, and the two-material Bi-Mat-Grip housing gives a non-slip, ergonomic hold; an indicator light shows when the unit is connected to power. Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.3 kW; overall length 514 mm with the blending arm and 570 mm with the whisk, net weight 3.53 kg. Other capacities in the range can be selected above, from MB-21 (12 L) up to MB-51 (80 L).
