Description

The Saro ZOE is a heated gantry for the warm presentation of food in buffet and serving areas, catering operations or restaurants. It holds one 1/1 GN container (included, maximum depth 65 mm) under a sneeze guard, with digital temperature control from 30 to 90 °C, a heating plate for even heat, and halogen lighting above the tray.

The housing is black stove-enamelled steel; it connects to 220 to 240 V, 50 Hz at 0.8 kW, measures 825 x 660 x 580 mm, and weighs 27 kg net (30 kg gross).
