Description
The Saro heat bridge is a heated gantry for keeping food warm during everyday food-service operation, in kitchens, serving stations, buffet areas or catering operations. It has 2 ceramic heating elements across a 1000 mm span, with a heating time of about 7 minutes.
The housing is stainless steel; it is supplied without a plug for connection by a qualified electrician, with a cable of about 2 m, and connects to 230 V, 50 Hz at 0.8 kW. It measures 1000 x 400 x 400 mm and weighs 15.5 kg net (19 kg gross).
