Description

The Saro TED3/140 E is an electric teppanyaki grill with open stand from the 700 professional cooking line, for front cooking, restaurants, hotel kitchens, event kitchens and demanding frying applications, letting food be prepared directly on a large stainless steel grill plate. It has 3 heating elements at 5.4 kW each, installed directly beneath the plate for even heat distribution.

Housing and grill plate are stainless steel, with a spatter guard on three sides, two recesses in the top for roasting waste at the front corners, two removable drip trays and warm-up zones on the left and right. A safety thermostat is fitted. It runs at 0 to 240 °C on a 400 V / 50-60 Hz, 16.2 kW connection; external dimensions are 1400 x 700/740 x 850 mm, net weight 180 kg (gross 190 kg).
