Description

The Saro TED3/14 is a floor-standing gas teppanyaki grill for high-volume restaurant, hotel and teppanyaki-concept kitchens, delivering 17.4 kW across three independently controlled burners over a 1,400 mm stainless steel cooking surface. Each burner uses three flame tubes to spread heat evenly across the plate, with a working temperature range up to 240 °C and piezoelectric ignition backed by a flame failure safety cut-off.

The cooking surface is designed for efficient service: two front-corner recesses collect roasting waste without interrupting the cook, while dedicated warm-up zones on each side keep finished dishes or prepped ingredients ready. The unit ships preset for natural gas with propane nozzles included, and two removable drip trays simplify end-of-service cleaning. Three-sided stainless steel spatter protection contains mess and protects adjacent equipment.

Built on an open stand in full stainless steel construction and manufactured by CASTA S.R.L. in Italy, the TED3/14 suits busy teppanyaki stations, live-cooking hotel buffets and catering facilities where consistent flat-top performance and robust build quality are non-negotiable.
