Description

The Saro TED2/120 G is a gas teppanyaki grill with open stand from the 700 professional cooking line, for front cooking, restaurants, hotel kitchens, event kitchens and demanding frying applications, letting food be prepared directly on a large stainless steel grill plate. It has 2 burners at 5.8 kW each, with 3 flame tubes per burner for even heat distribution.

Housing and grill plate are stainless steel, with a spatter guard on three sides, two recesses in the top for roasting waste at the front corners, two removable drip trays and warm-up zones on the left and right. Piezo ignition, a pilot flame and a flame-failure device are fitted, preset to H-gas with propane nozzles included. It runs at 0 to 240 °C on 2 x 5.8 kW; external dimensions are 1200 x 720/780 x 850 mm, net weight 175 kg (gross 180 kg).
