Description
The Saro VRX 955/380 is a refrigerated table top display for topping, portioning and serving chilled ingredients in restaurants, pizzerias, takeaway outlets, snack counters and food preparation areas. The stainless steel housing carries a 6 mm glass superstructure and takes three 1/3 GN containers up to 150 mm deep, GN containers not included. It pairs well with a pizza preparation table underneath.
Dixell/Copeland digital temperature control holds +2 to +8°C with static cooling and a foamed-in evaporator, refrigerant R600a. Connection 0.15 kW, 230 V / 50 Hz; external dimensions 955 x 395 x 435 mm on 4 adjustable feet, net weight 64 kg, gross 70 kg. Six further widths in this 1/3 GN glass-top range, from 955 to 2000 mm, can be selected above.
