Description
The Saro Samira is a countertop sushi showcase for the chilled presentation of sushi, fresh dishes and prepared ingredients in restaurants, hotel buffets, sushi bars and cafés. The housing is plastic in silver, white and black; the rounded front glass gives a clear view of the display, and two sliding doors at the back allow restocking without disturbing the front. Six 1/3 GN containers, 40 mm deep, are included.
Top LED lighting switches separately, and digital temperature control holds 0 to +12°C with a top-mounted evaporator, condensate collection tray, static cooling from above and automatic defrost. Refrigerant R600a, energy class C. Connection 0.15 kW, 230 V / 50 Hz; external dimensions 1529 x 426 x 296 mm; net weight 65 kg, gross 71.5 kg.
