The Saro Pizza Counter 1/3 GN Mod (SKU 323-1115) is a refrigerated pizza prep counter and topping station, designed to keep ingredients at a consistent +2 °C to +8 °C for efficient mise en place during service. Built for pizzerias, restaurants and catering operations that demand reliable cold-holding on the line, it runs on a standard 230 V / 50 Hz supply at just 0.35 kW — a compact and energy-conscious footprint.

The unit is sized for GN 1/3 containers, making it easy to organise and swap out toppings without interrupting workflow.
