Description
The Saro ES 903 is a refrigerated saladette prep counter for restaurants, takeaway outlets, pizzerias and snack kitchens: three doors, a telescopic sliding lid and a polyethylene cutting board set directly into the stainless steel top, with three height-adjustable grids (323 x 560 mm) on matching support rails inside and a gross capacity of 368 litres (297 litres net). Housing and interior are stainless steel; GN containers are not included.
It holds +2 to +8 °C, is rated for ambient temperatures of 16 to 38 °C, and runs static cooling assisted by a circulating fan, an evaporator foamed on three sides and automatic defrost, controlled by a DIXELL/Copeland digital thermostat. Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.28 kW, refrigerant R290; external dimensions 1368 x 700 x 856-1289 mm, net weight 104 kg, energy consumption 3.5 kWh/24h with the lid closed.
