The Saro ROM is a stainless steel hot plate for restaurants, buffet areas, catering operations, canteens and serving stations, for keeping food warm in GN formats. It is sized for 1 x GN 1/1, with a flat, low profile of just 60 mm, and is made in Italy.
Connection 230 V, 50/60 Hz, 0.4 kW; dimensions 330 x 530 x 60 mm, net weight 4 kg. Saro also makes this hot plate in larger GN sizes for bigger buffet lines.
