Description

The Saro GENUA is a warming tray for restaurants, buffet areas, catering operations, canteens and self-service areas, for keeping food warm on plates, platters or suitable containers. The housing is stainless steel and the heating surface is tempered glass, giving a smooth, easy-care top that heats evenly.

The cable exit is on the underside of the unit, so several trays can be placed side by side to form one larger continuous heating surface. Temperature is adjustable from 0 to 110 °C. Connection 230 V, 50/60 Hz, 0.4 kW; dimensions 500 x 500 mm, height 70 mm, net weight 7.2 kg.
