The Saro NAPLES is a stainless steel hot plate for restaurants, commercial kitchens, catering operations, canteens and extensive buffet or serving areas, for keeping larger quantities of food warm in GN formats. It is sized for 4 x GN 1/1, with a flat, low profile of just 60 mm, and is made in Italy.
Connection 230 V, 50/60 Hz, 1.6 kW; dimensions 1320 x 530 x 60 mm, net weight 14 kg. Saro also makes this hot plate in smaller GN sizes for shorter buffet lines.
