Description
The Saro REES is an insulated food carrier for temperature-protected transport and holding of hot or cold food, suited to catering operations, canteens and mobile food service. It is a plastic front loader with 12 support rails, taking either six GN 1/1 containers at 65 mm depth or three at 150 mm depth, and keeps food safe from -40 to 100 °C, losing about 1.5 °C per hour when warm and 0.5 °C per hour when cold.
The double-walled, polyurethane-insulated body has an easily detachable hinged door with a locking option and a menu card slot, and it is stackable and dishwasher safe. External dimensions are 625 x 450 x 575 mm, internal dimensions 540 x 330 x 460 mm, capacity 83 litres, and net and gross weight are both 10.2 kg; GN containers are sold separately.
