Description
The Saro Emmerich is an insulated food carrier for temperature-protected transport and holding of hot or cold food, suited to catering operations, canteens and mobile food service. It is a plastic front loader with two 86 litre compartments, each with 12 support rails for 1/1 GN containers, and keeps food safe from -40 to 100 °C, losing about 1.5 °C per hour when warm and 0.5 °C per hour when cold.
Each compartment has an easily detachable hinged door with a lockable flap catch and a silicone seal that can be refitted for cleaning, plus a menu card slot. External dimensions are 520 x 630.5 x 1350 mm and net weight is 25 kg (27.4 kg gross); GN containers are sold separately.
