The Saro RAGUSA is a countertop electric pasta cooker for restaurants, commercial kitchens, snack bars and catering. It holds 25 litres and comes with two baskets (130 x 170 x 160 mm and 260 x 170 x 160 mm), so different portions can be cooked side by side. The stainless steel body has a drain tap and a safety thermostat.
Connection is 230 V, 50 Hz, 3.2 kW, with a temperature range of 0 to +110°C. External dimensions are 632.5 x 354 x 289 mm and net weight is 10.7 kg.
