Description
The Saro ASTI is a countertop electric pasta cooker for restaurants, commercial kitchens, snack bars and catering. It holds 8 litres and comes with four baskets (125 x 115 x 150 mm), so several portions can be cooked and lifted out separately. The stainless steel body has a drain tap and a safety thermostat.
Connection is 230 V, 50 Hz, 3.15 kW, with a temperature range of 0 to +110°C. The container measures 300 x 240 x 200 mm inside a 470 x 550 x 380 mm housing, and net weight is 6.9 kg.
