Description
The Saro PASTA 25 is a countertop electric pasta cooker for restaurants, bistros, canteens and commercial kitchens. It holds 25 litres and comes with three baskets, so different portions or products can be prepared at the same time. The stainless steel housing is robust and easy to clean, and the basket set (article 172-3011) can be reordered separately.
It runs on 230 V, 50 to 60 Hz, 3.2 kW, with a temperature range of 0 to +110°C and a safety thermostat. An integrated drain tap empties the tank for cleaning. External dimensions are 340 x 540 x 280 mm and net weight is 12.5 kg.
