Description
The Saro COMO is an electric griddle for restaurants, takeaway outlets, bistros, catering operations and snack areas: a hard chrome-plated plate, two thirds smooth and one third grooved, 688 x 410 mm, split into two cooking zones and heated from 50 to 300 °C. A spatter guard and a safety thermostat are built in, and the drip tray lifts out for cleaning.
It runs on a 230 V, 50 Hz supply drawing 3.5 kW, external dimensions 720 x 460 x 240 mm, net weight 32 kg.
