Description
This Saro basket is the matching accessory for the 600 Line pasta cooker models EC66/SC and GC66/SC, sold separately so kitchens can fit out each cooking basin as needed. It is used to cook pasta and similar foods in a portion and lift it out of the basin in a controlled way, and its compact size lets several baskets sit in the tank at once when the cooker is configured for it.
The basket is stainless steel, sized to match the pasta cooker's tank at 115 x 300 x 125 mm, and weighs 0.5 kg net and gross.
