Description
The Saro GC66/SC is a countertop gas pasta cooker from the 600 Line, for cooking pasta and similar foods in restaurants, commercial kitchens and snack bars. The deep-drawn 25 litre basin is AISI 316 stainless steel with a recess that collects starch during cooking, a built-in inlet and drain tap, and a draining rack for the cooking baskets; a fixed 3/4 inch water connection is required for supply and drainage. Baskets are not included; order 504-5050 for one 115 x 300 x 125 mm basket.
The housing is AISI 304 stainless steel, heated by an 11 kW high-performance burner with piezoelectric ignition, a safety valve and thermocouple, pre-set for natural gas H with propane nozzles included. It heats up to 110 degrees C; external dimensions are 600 x 600 x 270 mm, 460 mm including the chimney, and net weight is 35 kg. The connectable design allows joining to other 600 Line units with optional bridging bars.
