Description

The Saro PG 1 is an electric contact grill for panini, sandwiches, meat, vegetables and other grilled items, built for snack bars, bistros, restaurants, cafés and quick-service areas. Its ribbed cast iron plates are grooved top and bottom and heat from 50 to 300 °C, so it sears and marks food quickly across the whole surface.

The housing and removable drip tray are stainless steel and the handle is heat-resistant plastic, so the plates are easy to wipe down between services. Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 1.8 kW; external dimensions 320 x 410 x 190 mm, net weight 15 kg.
