The Saro Model PG 1 is an electric contact grill for professional kitchens, delivering 1.8 kW across a temperature range of 50–300 °C for precise, fast grilling of meat, fish, paninis and vegetables. Its grooved cast iron plates retain and distribute heat evenly, producing clean sear marks consistently — making it a practical choice for restaurants, cafés, hotel kitchens and catering operations that need reliable high-throughput grill performance on a compact footprint.
The stainless steel housing and removable drip tray keep cleaning quick between services, while the heat-resistant plastic handle ensures safe handling at high temperatures. At 16 kg, the PG 1 is robust enough for daily commercial use yet manageable to reposition on the line as needed.
