Its two independently controllable grill zones let kitchen teams run different proteins at different temperatures simultaneously, while the solid cast-iron ribbed plates deliver consistent sear marks and efficient heat retention across both surfaces.

Built for a commercial kitchen environment, the PG 2 B features a stainless-steel housing and drip tray for easy cleaning, heat-insulating plastic handles for safe operation, and a robust free-standing footprint of 580 × 410 mm. Note that the unit ships without a plug and requires professional hardwired electrical installation — factor this into your setup plan. At 25 kg, it sits firmly on the counter during peak service.
