Description

The Saro Michelangelo ML935/1 TS is a single-chamber electric deck pizza oven in AISI 304 stainless steel, for pizzerias, restaurants, bakeries and catering operations. It is the largest single-chamber model in the range, taking 9 pizzas of Ø 350 mm, 4 pizzas of Ø 500 mm, or 4 trays of 400 x 600 mm.

Controls are by touchscreen, with individually savable recipes, programmable automatic on and off, and adjustable rest phases to save energy between bakes. It is rated from 50 to 450 °C, stackable up to 3 units, and can be combined with a matching double-chamber oven. Connection is 400 V, 50/60 Hz, 3-phase, 12.6 kW; oven chamber 1080 x 1080 x 140 mm, external dimensions 1550 x 1460 x 440 mm, net weight 283 kg.
