Description
The Saro Michelangelo ML635/2 TS is a double-chamber electric deck pizza oven in AISI 304 stainless steel, for pizzerias, restaurants, bakeries and catering operations. Each chamber takes 6 pizzas of Ø 350 mm, 2 pizzas of Ø 500 mm, or 2 trays of 400 x 600 mm, so the oven bakes up to 12 pizzas of Ø 350 mm at once.
Controls are by touchscreen on each chamber, with individually storable recipes, programmable automatic on and off, and adjustable rest phases to save energy between bakes. It is rated from 50 to 450 °C and stackable. Each chamber needs its own 400 V, 50/60 Hz, 3-phase, 8.4 kW connection, so 2 supplies are required; oven chambers 720 x 1080 x 140 mm each, external dimensions 1550 x 1100 x 780 mm, net weight 380 kg.
