Description

The Saro FRY TOP GM 610 R is an electric griddle for restaurants, takeaway outlets, food trucks and bistros: a grooved stainless steel plate, 600 x 400 mm, split into two heating zones and heated from 0 to 300 °C, that gives direct contact heat and creates characteristic grill marks on the food.
