Description
The Saro FRY TOP GH 610 R is a countertop electric grooved griddle designed for high-throughput grilling in professional kitchens, delivering 6.0 kW across two independently controlled heating zones and reaching temperatures up to 300 °C. Its ribbed stainless steel grill plate — 600 × 400 mm of usable cooking surface — produces clean sear marks on meat, fish, vegetables and panini, making it a practical fit for restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations and busy café counters.
Built entirely in stainless steel, the unit includes a three-sided splash guard to keep the surrounding work area clean and a removable grease collector for fast, hygienic service turnaround. At 600 × 500 × 245 mm it sits neatly on any prep counter and runs on a standard 400 V / 50–60 Hz supply, requiring no specialist installation beyond a dedicated circuit.
