Description

The Saro FRY TOP GM is a tabletop electric griddle for professional kitchens, combining a half-grooved and half-smooth stainless steel cooking surface on a single 600 × 400 mm plate. Drawing 3.5 kW on a standard single-phase 230 V connection, it reaches up to 300 °C across two independently controlled zones — giving chefs simultaneous control over searing and flat-top cooking without switching equipment.

Built for restaurants, hotels, cafés and catering operations where counter space matters, the unit fits a 600 × 460 mm footprint and runs on standard mains power with no special electrical installation. A stainless steel splash guard on three sides and a removable grease collector keep the station clean during high-volume service. Manufactured in Italy, the FRY TOP GM is a practical, no-compromise choice for kitchens that need versatile griddle output from a compact tabletop unit.
