Saro Floating Balls are anti-steam balls for open sous-vide water baths, used as an alternative to a lid. Made from polypropylene, they float on the surface of the water, reduce evaporation during long cooking cycles and help keep vacuum bags submerged.
They are supplied in packs of 1,000 and weigh 2 kg net and gross.
