This Saro lid is the accessory cover for the SV K 28 insulated sous-vide tank (article 27-2020). Made from stainless steel, it reduces water evaporation during long sous-vide cooking cycles when fitted in place of an open tank.
It has no electrical connection of its own and weighs 0.5 kg net and gross.
