Description
The Saro ES 900 G is a saladette prep counter with a glass superstructure: two self-closing doors below, a polyethylene cutting board on the stainless steel top, and a glass attachment with two shelves that keeps the topping visible above ten 1/4 GN containers, or two 1/1 GN containers plus three 1/6 GN containers. Two height-adjustable grids (323 x 560 mm) sit inside on matching support rails, and gross capacity is 240 litres (198 litres net). GN containers are not included.
It holds +2 to +8 °C, is rated for ambient temperatures of 16 to 38 °C, and runs static cooling assisted by a circulating fan, an evaporator foamed on three sides and automatic defrost, controlled by a DIXELL/Copeland digital thermostat. Connection 230 V, 50 Hz, 0.175 kW, refrigerant R600a; external dimensions 903 x 700 x 856-1289 mm, net weight 92 kg, energy consumption 2.2 kWh/24h with all container lids closed.
