Description
The Saro CAURUS is a ceiling-mounted buffet heat lamp for keeping plated food warm at the pass or carving station in restaurants, catering operations and canteens. The black lampshade, 175 mm in diameter, houses one white infrared lamp (250 W, E27 socket, included), and Saro specifies an optimal distance of 50 to 60 cm between the lamp and the food.
It is supplied with a cable up to 2.00 m long for a drop of up to 2000 mm, connects to 230 V, 50 Hz at 0.25 kW, and weighs 1.1 kg net (2.2 kg gross).
