Description
The Saro PLC 500 is a freestanding heat lamp for keeping larger areas of plated food warm at the pass, buffet or carving station in restaurants, catering operations and canteens. Two red infrared lamps (E27 sockets), each on its own flexible gooseneck, are mounted on a stainless steel base with a chrome-plated lampshade on each lamp, and two independent on/off switches let each side be controlled separately.
It connects to 230 V, 50/60 Hz at up to 0.5 kW (2 x 0.25 kW), and measures 220 x 270 x 650 mm; net weight is 13 kg (18 kg gross). The single-lamp PLC 250 can be selected above for a smaller area.
