Description
The Saro PLC 250 is a freestanding heat lamp for keeping plated food warm at the pass, buffet or carving station in restaurants, catering operations and canteens. One red infrared lamp (E27 socket) sits on a flexible gooseneck mounted on a stainless steel base, so the heat can be aimed directly at the food, and the chrome-plated lampshade directs the radiant heat downward.
It has an on/off switch, connects to 230 V, 50/60 Hz at up to 0.25 kW, and measures 220 x 220 x 650 mm; net weight is 11 kg (13 kg gross). The double-lamp PLC 500 can be selected above for a wider serving area.
