Description

The Saro BMH 160 is an electric bain-marie for keeping prepared food at serving temperature in restaurants, hotels, canteens and catering operations, with a built-in drain valve for quick water changes between services. Its single stainless steel water bath takes one GN 1/1 container, two GN 1/2 containers or three GN 1/3 containers up to 150 mm deep, and the adjustable thermostat with indicator lamp covers the full range 0 to 100 °C. The deep-drawn inner container has a seamless top edge for easy cleaning.

Connection is 230 V, 50/60 Hz, 1.0 kW; external dimensions including the drain tap are 345 x 600 x 255 mm and net weight is 8 kg (gross 9 kg). The larger BMH 210, with GN containers up to 200 mm deep, can be selected above.
