Description
The Saro ANCONA 10 is a countertop mulled wine and hot water boiler for restaurants, buffets, catering operations, canteens, clubs and seasonal events, heating and keeping warm mulled wine, water, coffee or tea. It holds 9 litres and heats continuously from 30 to 110 °C, with a lockable lid and a faucet for controlled serving.
Control lamps show cooking and keeping-warm status, and overheat protection adds a layer of safety during service. The case and lid are stainless steel; it runs on a 230 V, 50 Hz, 1.6 kW connection, measures 205 x 205 x 435 mm and weighs 1.8 kg net (2 kg gross). The compact ANCONA 5 and the larger ANCONA 30 can be selected above.
