Description
The Saro 4811 is a large flat-bed professional scale for portioning and weighing food in restaurants, commercial kitchens, bakeries, cafes and food-processing facilities. It is not verified for trade use. The plastic housing carries a stainless steel weighing plate, 235 x 175 x 0.8 mm, and the 5-digit LCD display shows tare, zero and unit functions with an excess-weight alarm, accurate to 1 gram across its 0.02 to 5 kg range.
It connects to 230 V, 50 Hz at 0.046 kW through the included mains adapter, and switches off automatically after 8 minutes of inactivity. External dimensions are W250 x D290 x H100 mm and it weighs 2.5 kg net (3.63 kg gross).
