The Saro 4797 is a digital kitchen scale for portioning and weighing food in restaurants, commercial kitchens, bakeries, cafes and food-processing facilities. The stainless steel weighing plate measures 175 x 150 mm and weighs up to 5 kg accurate to the gram, with auto-off and a backlit display.
It runs on two AAA batteries, not included, and needs no mains connection. External dimensions are W225 x D165 x H19 mm and it weighs 0.335 kg net (0.37 kg gross).
