The Saro 4745BO is a digital kitchen scale for portioning and weighing food in restaurants, commercial kitchens, bakeries, cafes and food-processing facilities. The tempered glass top weighs up to 5 kg accurate to the gram, with auto-off, tare and a gram/ounce switch, and an accuracy of ±2 g across its 0.01 to 5 kg range.
It runs on one CR2032 battery, not included, and needs no mains connection. External dimensions are W206 x D165 x H20 mm and it weighs 0.325 kg net (0.47 kg gross).
