Description

The Sanelli Ambrogio Truffle Brush A1767000 is a small brush, 9 x 5 cm, for cleaning soil from fresh truffles before slicing or serving them. The body is FSC-certified beech wood and the bristles are 100% natural Tampico fibre.

Before first use, rinse and clean the bristles under running water; a small amount of foam may appear during this first rinse, which is normal for natural fibres and does not affect later use of the brush.
