The Sanelli Ambrogio Olive Wood Truffle Slicer A1740000 is a mandoline carved from solid olive wood with a plain blade, for cutting fresh truffles into thin, even shavings over pasta, risotto and other dishes in professional kitchens.

Every slicer is made from high-quality wood, and because wood is a natural material, the grain and shade of each piece vary slightly, so no two slicers look exactly alike. The wood is olive (Olea europaea) grown in Italy.
