Description

The Sanelli Ambrogio XFETTA Truffle Slicer A17XFNIB is a truffle slicer with a fixed, one-piece blade, built to cut fresh truffles into thin, even shavings without the moving parts of a hinged mandoline. It is sized to work with large truffles as well as small ones.

The blade is made from Nitro-B, a nitrogen-treated stainless steel that Ambrogio Sanelli also uses on its Supra and Tecna knife ranges, chosen here for a durable edge that keeps its cutting performance over repeated use.
