Description

The Ambrogio Sanelli Spare Blade A1311045 is a stainless steel replacement blade, 45 cm (17¾″) long, made to fit the A1301 and A1305 manual bone saws. It lets a butcher shop or meat-processing room replace a worn or blunted blade without buying a new saw, keeping bone-in cutting stations running.

The blade is stainless steel and shares its fixing with the screw-type bone saw range, so it fits either the A1301 or the A1305 model without any other parts. Ambrogio Sanelli has made professional cutting tools in this range since 1864.
