Description
Description
The Sanelli Ambrogio Bone Saw 45 cm is a professional manual butcher saw for cutting bones, portioning large carcasses, and breaking down meat, poultry, and fish in demanding butchery and kitchen environments. Made in Italy, it features a stainless steel frame and blade with a nylon handle, giving it the durability and hygiene that busy butcher counters, restaurant kitchens, and hotel production areas require.
The 45 cm (17¾ in) blade is secured via a screw-type fixing mechanism, making blade changes straightforward on the line. Replacement blades are available under SKU 1311.045. The saw meets EC Regulation No 1935/2004 for food-contact materials and is manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018 certified quality systems.
