Description

The Ambrogio Sanelli Bone Saw A1301045 is a manual butcher's saw with a 45 cm (17¾") blade for cutting through bone and portioning carcasses in butcher shops, meat-processing rooms and professional kitchens. Frame and blade are stainless steel, and the nylon handle is riveted to the frame for a firm grip.

The blade is held by a screw fixing with a wing nut, so it can be tensioned and replaced without tools. Sanelli lists spare blades (A1311045), a spare handle with screws (A1315100), a blade tightener (A1315200) and a screw (A1315300) for this saw, which keeps it in service for years.

The saw is made in Italy by Ambrogio Sanelli, professional knife makers in Premana since 1864, certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018. The same model is available with 40 cm and 50 cm blades.
